Homemade Cornflake Toffee
Ingredients
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup of butter
Pinch of Salt
Corn Flakes (Sugar-Free)
Directions
- Crush cornflakes and set them aside
- In a pot add 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1/2 cup of butter, and a pinch of salt
- Cook the caramel until bubbly
- Add 2 3/4 cups of crushed cornflakes into the pot with caramel.
- Spread thinly on a baking sheet
- Bake at 350 for 10 to 13 minutes or until golden brown
- Let it cook then break up your cornflake toffee
