No, not your classic foil-wrapped dinner. But it’s a completely customizable meal that’s easy to combine with pantry staples. The secret is in a blend of spices like Old Bay, Tony’s Creole, garlic powder, and a little paprika. So that everything from shrimp to potatoes tastes delicious. And I love this dish because it’s a one-pot meal that cooks perfectly in just 45 minutes in one pan. It also pairs deliciously with chicken, sausage, broccoli, and potatoes. It easily makes a complete and delicious meal. Perfect for a busy night or when I want something effortless but tastes great!
