Homemade Raspberry Fruit Tea

This isn’t just tea. But it’s the whole experience. Someone mixed passion fruit A mixture of berries rich in antioxidants. and hibiscus tea together So let me tell you, they create something magical that has a tropical vibe with a sharp kick from fresh lime and sweetness. Just enough to tie everything together without being overwhelming. And what about the fruit? Oh, MVP Fruit, it absorbs all the juice and is like an added bonus when you finish your tea and eat it. This isn’t just a drink. It’s a moment The best part? It’s not only delicious. But it also has a purpose. Word has it that hibiscus tea does wonders for lowering blood pressure. And whoever came up with this must have achieved something. Because this is tea? It’s not just refreshing. It also has a positive effect on the body.

Homemade Raspberry Fruit Tea

Ingredients

  • 1/3 to 1/2 bag of frozen antioxidant-rich fruit: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, sweet cherries, or any other fruit

  • Frozen passion fruit

  • 5 bags of organic Raspberry Hibiscus Tea (Good & Gather brand was used) Click here for an alternative

  • 1 gallon of water

  • Juice of 3 lemons

  • Stevia or Alternatives: honey, agave nectar, coconut sugar, or raw sugar (avoid granulated sugar)

  • Optional: Dried ginger, Cinnamon sticks, and Elderberries

Directions

  • Boil a gallon of water and steep 5 tea bags of raspberry hibiscus tea for 5-6 minutes.
  • Add sweeteners like Stevia or sugar to the hot tea to ensure it dissolves completely.
  • Fill a large pitcher or container with 1/3 to 1/2 of the frozen fruit mixture as shown in the video below.
  • Add a few pieces of frozen passion fruit for a tropical flavor.
  • Pour the extract tea over the frozen fruit in the container.
  • The hot tea will help thaw the fruit and release its flavor.
  • Squeeze the juice of 3 lemons into the mixture and stir well.
  • Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more Stevia, honey, agave nectar, or your preferred sweetener.
  • Add ice cubes to cool the tea quickly, if desired.
  • Stir and let sit for a few minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
  • Pour into glasses, ensuring each serving includes fruit.
