Directions
- Wash and dice the yellow potatoes into small, even-sized cubes for even cooking.
- Dice the steak into bite-sized pieces.
- Toss the steak bites with Kinder’s Buttery Burger Blend, allspice, black pepper, and all-purpose seasoning. Ensure the seasoning is evenly distributed.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the seasoned steak bites to the hot pan and sear them until cooked to your desired doneness (medium-rare, medium, or well-done).
- Remove the steak bites from the pan and set them aside.
- In the same pan, melt a generous amount of butter.
- Add the diced yellow potatoes and sauté them until golden and almost fully cooked. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.
- Once the potatoes are nearly done, add the cooked steak bites back into the pan.
- Add a bit more butter and toss everything together.
- Stir in a few spoonfuls of chimichurri sauce to coat the steak and potatoes, infusing the dish with tangy and herbaceous flavors.
- Garnish with fresh herbs or an extra drizzle of chimichurri sauce.
